Minutes: Review minutes of the August 2025 meeting.

Old Business:

Site Plan: Public Hearing:  Andrew Pollock, 40 Main Street, Tax Map 21, Lot 13, Commercial District. Mr. Pollock intends to add a fourth apartment to the building.

New Business

Site Plan: Jackie Spinalli representing the old Whitcomb building’s proposal for a new retail/office project. Set up a site plan for October’s meeting. Tax Map 26,Lot 20, Commercial District, Owner Don Wood Revocable Trust, 602 Whitcomb Road. 

Gravel pit inspections

Tom Murray will be at the meeting to discuss gravel pit inspections. Two people go to each pit. Assign gravel pits to be inspected. There are three. Inspections due by October meeting.
