Celebrate Halloween in Walpole

WALPOLE CORN MAZE

The corn is ready, and The Walpole Players are preparing for its third annual Corn Maze the last three weekends in October. Child-friendly characters will greet adventurers in the daytime performances from 2 to 4 PM, and a cadre of ghouls and familiar scary folk will haunt the corn during the evening shows from 7 to 9 PM.

In a new larger location this year, the Walpole Corn Maze is located in Walpole, NH, on Route 12 behind the Scoop Shop opposite Shaws Plaza. Opening on Saturday, October 12th with the “scary version”, Sunday the 13th is the children’s maze, still suitable for all ages. The last two weekends, October 18, 19, 20, 25, 26 and 17, the “scary maze” will be on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7 to 9 PM, and the “children’s maze” Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2 to 4 PM.  Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for kids 12 and under.

The final weekend, October 25, 26 and 27 will be Haunted Walpole. In addition to the Corn Maze there will be many additional activities including hayrides, horror movies, a harvest festival, a cemetery tour and Spooktacula sponsored by the Walpole Village School. Join the fun, “if you dare.”
