New Business :

1^st US Realty requests a 3-foot-by-4.5-foot double-sided sign at Route 12 and Upper Walpole Road, Tax map 12, Lot 56. Property Owner Walpole Properties LLC. Mark Sobel, president.

Consider raising cost of fee for a public hearing. The current cost is $75.00
