Public Hearing No. 1: JR. Development, LLC – Site Plan Review: Cont’d – Add a 2030 square foot building to be used as cold dry storage behind the existing building in North Meadow Plaza – Town Tax Map No. 12, Lot No. 55. This is in the Commercial Zoning District. Mr. David Zhang is representing JR Development, LLC..
New Business
No. 1: Request for a Public Hearing No. Tree Cutting by Liberty Utilities on east and west end of Farnum Road. As this is a designated Scenic Road in Walpole, a public hearing needs to be held on the matter. Liberty Utilities wants to schedule routine maintenance and hazard tree removal as part of their routine vegetation management program. Jeffrey Carney, Certified Arborist, will represent Liberty Utilities.
No. 2: Request for Lot Line Adjustment: Richard Drew of Richmond, N.H. is requesting a Lot lLne Adjustment at 37 North River Road. The property is listed under Albert Fontaine Levocable Living Trust.
No.3 : Request for a Site Plan Review – The former American Legion Building, now owned by Ray Boas, Barbara Kasper and Lynne Rollins-Kinnier, at 73 Main Street, Map 30, Lot 52. This is in the Commercial Zoning District.
No. 4: Request for a Subdivision – Steven W. Brode Trust, 15 Macri Lane, Map 7, Lot 22, Rural District.

Planning Board: Workshop session: There will be a Workshop Session Tuesday, September 23, in the Walpole Town Hall Downstairs Office at 7 p.m.
