Jack Franks – Avanru Development Group LTD. Amend building permit – Phasing change for development on Route 12 – letter from Board stating the phasing direction change from north/south to south/north. Check plan dates.
Site Review Plan – Brosseau – Former La Valley building, 121 Church St. North Walpole. Renovate one building. Construct another steel building on former LaValley property.
Greg Gay – North Walpole – Main Street

Everyone in Walpole should be aware of what Jack Franks and his LTD (so he can’t be sued) development group is up to when he comes to the planning, zoning boards, etc. Go to Avanru’s website and see his master plan for Keene – oops, Walpole. Its a crying shame.
