Please speak out on this important issue! Ruggerio LLC does not appear to be a very trustworthy company, having built an illegal pole barn already on their property. Their original variance was for construction debris only, not household garbage from VT, contaminated with who knows what. No one is allowed to ask the tough questions or reference their initial illegal actions without their lawyer objecting. (Why is Walpole on trial here?) We do not need this type of business here in town run by people who did not go through proper channels from the get-go. How are we to trust them to do what they say they will? Thank you.

IF illegal building or transactions have been or are being done, WHY haven’t our town officials closed the business down? WHY does the Town and/or State allow household garbage into the State? One is not allowed to move firewood between States, why do they allow household garbage?

You are completely right Cathy in regards to your comments you made about the illegal pole barn. They also just recently conformed to their hours of operations after they requested a modified permit with the State of NH- DES and the town officials were notified of the non-compliance of conditions from the special variance granted by the ZBA. Since the publication of the Walpole Clarion came to light, Ruggiero LLC has now posted their property so any and all concerned Walpole citizens cannot view their operations. This makes one wonder why Ruggiero LLC needs an attorney present for the public meetings?
