A SPECIAL EVENT EVERY SATURDAY

From the 1793 Kingsbury rag-paper mill of “Paper Mill Village” to today’s hand-made bacterial “bio-paper” – Walpole artist Eric Gjerde will trace 230 years of regional papermaking ingenuity. Live demos, historic photos, and giant origami tessellations reveal how local waterpower still shapes contemporary paper art.

The Walpole Historical Society will be open every Saturday through October 18, from noon to 3 pm and will feature a special presentation each Saturday at 12:30 pm.
