I received this email from Chuck Bingaman (you remember the Californian who used to be around here) today. While I may edit a word or two from his original, none here in town can argue with the sentiment. As I thank Peggy, Steve and all the committee, I trust we will have a complete article real soon. (Sure is easy to understand why the Grange chose her as Citizen of the Year, isn’t it?) – Lil
“Lil: Yesterday the probate court in Keene approved the conservation easement for the Hooper Golf Course and the sale of the remainder. This is very good, big news for the town and the result of a TON of careful, thoughtful, creative work by Peggy Pschirrer‘s committee. She, vice chair Steve Dalessio, and all the members deserve a major article/thank-you in The Walpolean. Best regards, Chuck”
Thank you one and all. Trust that you will take my blatant hint to heart. – Lil
Lil,
I am out of Town. On my way to a high school reunion. No. #€|+{€ but don’t tell. Will write you an article in a couple of days.
