The Newsletter from The Walpole Schools came out today.  I still receive it as a former School Board member and enjoy it very much.  Staff, students and especially Gayle Bellows, the secretary at North Walpole School, do such a terrific job in letting parents share in all that happens in the schools.  Realizing that many readers of The Walpolean have no children in school and yet might enjoy this as much as I do, Gayle and I have been trying to come up with a format that is compatible with WordPress.   In addition to summarizing classroom activities, there are “Nurse’s Notes” and “Band News”, just to name a couple.  There is also a two page letter “To Dear Science Olympiad Supporters”  with a lot of great pictures.  

I intend to keep working to determine how to change the format, but in the meantime, I hope you will take the time to utilize the following link and enjoy this publication as much as I do.  I can almost guarantee, if you are a Walpole resident, you will recognize at least one picture or name. – Lil
