Just had a call from Sarah Downing that the lockdown is over. The “fugitive” is in Westminster and they have him. – Lil

    Are you sure they have him? According to the police scanner, he has not been caught as of 1:57 pm.

      Sarah did not say they have him. They know he is in the field at the Holton Farm in Westminster. That is why you see the helicopter over there. Since they know where he is they have lifted the lock-down.
