The Walpolean 
If that course material by petition had been in effect when I was teaching I would have left the profession. That so many people think this is a good idea makes me weep for the state of the First Amendment as well as academic freedom.
We need to be ready with a Legal Defense fund if- and when- anyone gets fired and sues over this.
