Roll Call: Appointment of alternates if needed.

Minutes: Review minutes of the March minutes, February and March workshops.

Old Business:

Continue public hearing discussion of Liberty Utilities for additional tree removal work on Farnum Rd. 

Liberty Utilities is putting in taller poles on Farnum Road and will be removing additional trees – ones that were not mentioned at a previous hearing in December. Farnum Road is a designated scenic road. At the March hearing the board approved the project on the condition that the older poles, being abandoned, would be removed. Ms. Green said that legally Consolidated Communications is responsible for removing the old poles. She will be at the meeting.  RSA 232:158

Public Hearing: Information gathering meeting on traffic and parking concerns in Maplewood Circle and on Firehouse Road. 

New Business:

T-Mobile Telecommunications. Eric Dahl. Request for a public hearing in May. RSA 674:12 and 2II. Tax Map 3, Lot 82 Sub00CL4 WKNE, Public Radio etc.  T-Mobile Northeast LLC is proposing to install antennas, radio equipment, and hybrid cables on the existing guyed tower owned by New Hampshire Public Broadcasting, Inc., located at 88 Scovill Road. Additionally, T-Mobile would install radio equipment cabinets and a back-up generator on a concrete pad at grade within the existing fenced compound. 

Request for a recommendation for a Special Exception in the rural/ag district. Article Vlll, C, Tax Map 11, Lot 53, 455 March Hill Road. Tim Latham is planning to attend our meeting to ask for a public hearing for a recommendation for a special exception so he can use that property for his electrical business. He also plans to attend the next zoning board meeting on the 20th and then come back to the WPB on May 10th for the public hearing.
