Hello – any chance there could ever be a Tai Chi class on the weekend? Would love to partake but weekdays are tricky.

The new tai chi class has been scheduled around AIM and my own personal scheduling needs. We hope that people who warm up on AIM will stay and relax into the flow of tai chi. The two make a great complementary pair.

Peter: weekends aren’t a possibility right now but we’re offering a Monday night tai chi class at Greater Rock Fitness in Bellows Falls from 6:30 to 7:30, starting September 7. I hope that might work for you. If you’re interested, e-mail me for details: bdaviss@comcast.net.
