Minutes: Review minutes of the October 2026 meeting.

Old Business

Sarah Bolinger from SWRP will present day care ordinances for a public hearing.

Subdivision: Joe Sawyer coming in for a subdivision Tax Map 1, Lot 2-1. One lot into two lots. Tax Map 1 Lot 2-1. Lot 1 will be 5.97 acres and Lot 2 will be 3 acres and donated to River Valley Natural Burial Cemetery.

Lot Line Adjustment: Eric C. Frink and Bridget J. Ballou, 131 Merriam Road, Tax Map 3 Lots 54 and 55 in the rural/agricultural district. Combine Lot 54 with 10.58 acres from Lot 55.

Subdivision: One lot into two lots: Ronald Paul, Susan Lynn, Keith Russell and James Griffin Sanctuary, 185 Ramsay Hill Road, Tax Map 11, Lot 8 in the rural/agricultural district. Lot 1 will be 47 acres and Lot 2 will be 20.59  acres.

Site Plan: Read Jeremy Hockensmith’s suggestions. Discuss changes to site plan.

New Business:

Fieldstone Consultants:  Lot Line Adjustment at Blue Seal.

Recommendation for Zoning Board of Adjustment regarding a Special Exception for a Natural Burial Cemetery
