Justine wanted everyone to know.

Help Needed

Sandy Smith and Ernie Vose have both been quoted as stressing the importance of having candidates file for public office.  When these important offices are left to chance and the Write-In process, it becomes very cumbersome and time consuming when ballots need to be counted.

I have been told that Dave Elkins is not running for Moderator for Fall Mountain School District.  We need someone from one of the five towns to step up and file at the SAU office in Langdon.  FIling closes this Friday! – Lil

Benefit Fund

To community members and businesses in and around Walpole:

If you are interested in helping, donations to “the Sharlene Beaudry Benefit fund” still can be made at the Savings Bank of Walpole.

On January 8th at Alyson’s Orchard, so many, many individuals and local businesses in Walpole and surrounding communities contributed generously to the effort by donating time, food, auction items, and money to the benefit event held on Sharlene’s behalf.

To each and every of you who have come forward, thank you. You are in our hearts, and we are grateful to live in such a caring community.
