Notices of Preliminary Assessment Values were posted yesterday, Aug. 28, 2017 to all Walpole property owners. The notice includes a web page address (url) to a draft tax property card. The tax card can be reviewed online, downloaded and printed. Owners can also query the Avitar system to view comparable properties. Property owners are encouraged to review their draft cards to ensure they are correct. If assistance is needed with viewing cards, listings of all assessments will be available at the Selectboard Office.

Should you feel an error exists or would like to make an appointment to review your assessment, property owners should call 603-798-3502 starting Tuesday, Sept. 5^th through Friday, Sept. 8^th between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Reviews will happen by appointment only at the Town Hall (no walk ins).
