Hooper Trustees Present:    Peggy Pschirrer (Chair); Cheryl Mayberry; Steven Dalessio

CALL TO ORDER:  Mrs. Pschirrer called this Hooper Trustees meeting to order at 8:10 PM.  The Hooper Trustees are each in a different location.  Mrs. Downing, Manager of Administration, is in the Walpole Town Hall.  Ms. Regina Borden, Recording Secretary, is at a separate location.  Mrs. Pschirrer advised that this meeting is being recorded.

HOOPER TRUSTEES MINUTES:

HOOPER TRUSTEES MEETING – April 9, 2020:  Mr. Dalessio moved to accept the Minutes of the Hooper Trustees meeting of April 9, 2020, as submitted.  Seconded by Ms. Mayberry.  Mrs. Pschirrer asked if there was any discussion.  There was none.  With Mr. Dalessio, Ms. Mayberry and Mrs. Pschirrer in favor, the Minutes were approved.

HOOPER BUSINESS:

Hooper Maintenance Fund:  Ms. Mayberry moved to approve the payment of $117.00 out of the Hooper Maintenance Fund to E.E. Houghton.  Seconded by Mr. Dalessio.  Mrs. Pschirrerasked if there was any discussion.  There was none.  With Ms. Mayberry, Mr. Dalessio and Mrs. Pschirrer in favor, the motion was approved.

Hooper Educational Trust Fund:  Ms. Mayberry moved to approve the March 2020 transfer of funds in the amount of $7,997.54 from the Hooper Educational Trust Fund to the Town of Walpole.  Seconded by Mr. Dalessio.  Mrs. Pschirrer asked if there was any discussion.  There was none.  With Ms. Mayberry, Mr. Dalessio and Mrs. Pschirrer in favor, the motion was approved.

Hooper Institute:  Mr. Dalessio met with Mrs. Helen Dalbecklast Wednesday to talk about maintenance projects that could be done at the Hooper Institute.  He advised that the Hooper Trustees just need a plan for a new bathroom, a new heating system or other improvements in the building.  

ADJOURNMENT:

Ms. Mayberry moved to adjourn this Hooper Trustees meeting.  The Hooper Trustees will return to the Selectboard meeting.  Seconded by Mr. Dalessio.  Mrs. Pschirrer asked if there was any discussion.  There was none.  With Ms. Mayberry, Mr. Dalessio and Mrs. Pschirrer in favor, the meeting was adjourned at 8:16 PM.
