The Shirley Capron Scholarship was established in 2024 to honor Shirley, who served as a library trustee for 50 years. Each year, the merit-based scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Fall Mountain Regional High School who demonstrates civic-mindedness at school and in the community. This year’s recipient is Emily Heddon of Walpole.
