Hi Lil~Here is a summary of the five Emergency Orders released yesterday, with a link at the bottom to the full list of Emergency Orders and the full text of each order. to the full text.

 

Emergency Order #11 Temporary authority to perform secure remote online notarization

This Order removes the requirement that the document must be signed or sworn to in the presence of a notary.  There are still strict guidelines that must be followed to endure that the person executing the document or making the statement is properly identified and that the documents are properly handled.

 

Emergency Order #12 Temporary modification of public access to meetings under RSA 91-A

This Order allows public bodies to meet via electronic communications, and sets out requirements which must be met to ensure that the public is able to watch or participate.

 

Emergency Order # 13  Temporary allowance for New Hampshire pharmacists and pharmacies to compound and sell hand sanitizer over the counter (“OTC”) and to allow pharmacy technicians to perform non-dispensing tasks remotely.

The title says it all.  And they have to charge a reasonable price for the hand sanitizer.

 

Emergency Order # 14  Temporary authorization for out-of-state pharmacies to act as a licensed mail-order facility within the State of New Hampshire

This order removes instate licensing requirements only as they apply to  only to investigational drugs which are being shipped to clinical trial participants

 

Emergency Order # 15  Temporary authorization for out of state medical providers to provide medically necessary services and provide services through telehealth

This Order removes the requirement that a medical provider have a New Hampshire  medical license as long as the provider holds a license in good standing in any other US jurisdiction for medical treatment provided in person in the state of New Hampshire or provided via telehealth measures to patients in New Hampshire.
